Since 1956, the Fong family has been producing delicious and sustainably grown quality vegetables in New Zealand's most fertile soils. Up at 5am daily since he was 16, Allan Fong (CEO) continues to tend his crops. The Fresh Grower provides an award-winning range of flavourful, versatile products that fit the current generation’s lifestyles.
In 2016, Allan won a prestigious Australasian award acknowledging him as an outstanding leader and innovator across productivity, sustainability and his contribution to the community and people.
Allan and his younger brother Colin run the farm, alongside Colin's three sons Daniel, Cameron and Matthew.
The Fresh Grower is now forging ahead on innovation, sustainability and the next generation.
