1. HOW TO ENTER.

 

Website - subscribe and WIN promo:  Simply Subscribe to The Fresh Grower website and accept the Terms of Entry, which includes acceptance to receive by email occasional promotional offers, marketing and interesting product updates from the Fresh Grower. The Promotors will require your name and email for the purposes of competition entry and to accept your subscription to our mail list. If you win a prize pack - you agree to provide a valid delivery address in New Zealand to receive the prize.

 

Facebook Comment and Win promo: The entry requires you to Like and Comment on the designated Facebook post. Conditions of entry are the same as described herein.

 

This promotion is NOT open to  agencies, associates, employees and their immediate families of Perfect Produce Limited / The Fresh Grower.

2. The website subscriber prize draws for a Box of Fresh Veggie Packs will take place; end of October, and November 2022.  The One-off Facebook Christmas Veggie Box Draw will close 11:59pm 04 December, the draw will take place 05 December 2022.

 

3. Veggie box prize contents may vary depending on the season, and availability of particular greens. Delivery times for veggie prize packs may vary according to harvest schedules and weather conditions affecting crop rotations and harvest.

4. Prize draws for each month will be for one-of-five small boxes of fresh vegetable greens, harvested directly from The Fresh Grower Pukekohe farm.  If same day delivery cannot be arranged - Fresh Vegetable prizes may be exchanged by Perfect Produce Limited for a $30 gift voucher.  OR you can choose to donate your prize to a family member or donate to a charity of your choice.

 

5. All Entries must be submitted before the closing date for each month.  Winners are not eligible for more than one prize. All subscriber-draw entries submitted in months prior to the current draw will be valid and included for ALL future subscriber Draws. No product purchase is necessary for entry. Any prizes that remain unclaimed after six months will be forfeited and a redraw may take place.

6. The prize will be drawn / announced in the days following the prize draw. Winners will be contacted directly by email or Facebook messenger services.

​

7. Your Entry into this competition is consent to use your / winner’s name for public announcement purposes. The promoter will not publicly identify your address or personal details other than your name  and geographic location in any prize announcement. (i.e winner is Bob from xyz Town.)

8. The promoters will be unable to enter you in the draw unless you provide all the information requested on the ‘Entry Platform’ All information must be valid and correct at time of entry.

9. We respect your privacy. All entries become the property of The Fresh Grower Ltd. You have the right to access and update any personal information held by us.

10. Information on how to enter the competition and the prizes on offer form part of the terms and conditions of entry.  Please note - by entering this competition, you automatically agree to all these terms & conditions of entry.

11. The promoter is Perfect Produce Limited / The Fresh Grower. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any entries at any time before, during or after the prize draw for any reason and at their sole discretion. The promoter reserves the right to alter competition parameters, Terms of Entry and prizes at any time.

12. The competition is run under the legal jurisdiction of New Zealand.

13. The competition is open to New Zealand residential addresses only. You must be 18 years or older to enter the prize draws. No overseas addresses qualify.

​

14. The promoter accepts 'no liability' for any personal injury, damages or Ill effect for persons entering and engaging in any of our prize draws and promotions. The competition / promotion conditions do not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
